Local shares closed Monday’s session with a small improvement. The ASX 200 ended 9pts or 0.13% higher at 7,023. Energy and gold mining stocks were some of the biggest improvers while Crown Resorts (CWN) rose having rejected a takeover bid from Blackstone.
