US sharemarkets fell on Friday. The energy sector eased in response to lower oil prices. Some investors booked profits at the end of the week. And shares in Apple lost 1.7% with Facebook down 1.6%. The Dow Jones index fell by 131 points or 0.7% after being down 138 points at one stage. The S&P 500 index fell by 0.6% while the Nasdaq fell by 34 points or 0.6%.
