Energy stocks have led the ASX 200 higher on Thursday after OPEC and Non-Opec producers agreed to cut oil out put. Local shares are rising for the first time this week, as energy and mining stocks surge following an OPEC deal reached last night. The ASX 200 is up 0.4% at lunch.
