In that time Mayfield has grown to own and operate 21 Victorian childcare centres representing 1,777 registered childcare places. Established specifically within the Victorian market, Mayfield’s tight geographical distribution delivers a centralised and cost-effective management structure, simplifying day to day operations and integration of centres. Mayfield will drive growth organically with a focused effort on the delivery of quality education and care in line with the National Quality Standards. Further, Mayfield will look to expand its business through targeted acquisition of established Childcare centres with potential for growth, against agreed criteria including supply/demand metrics, centre size, location, utilisation and profitability. Mayfield’s management team consists of seasoned industry professionals with significant experience in both the ownership and management of childcare centres, with a reputation for taking on and improving underperforming childcare centres.
