Metal Hawk Limited is a West Australian mineral exploration company focused on early stage discovery of gold and nickel sulphides. Metal Hawk is aiming to increase shareholder value through exploration success and is backed by a highly experienced team with proven discovery track records.

Metal Hawk has signed an Earn-In and Joint Venture Agreement with Western Areas Limited (ASX: WSA) whereby WSA have the right to earn a 75% interest on three of MHKs projects; Kanowna East, Emu Lake and Fraser South by spending $7.0m over 5 years. Metal Hawk is then free-carried to a decision-to-mine. Importantly, Metal Hawk will retain the gold rights to Kanowna East and Emu Lake, where it will focus the majority of exploration activities over the next 12-18 months.
